Starting the new year in great form, Susan Sterling had a hole-in-one on SaddleBrooke #2 on Friday, January 5. It was witnessed by Sally Drennen, Marie Kahng and Connie Carroll.
Also, on Saturday, January 13 and Sunday, January 14, three of our 18-holers competed in the State Medallion Tournament at Oakwood Golf Course; now an 18-holer but representing the Niners was Wendy O’Dell (with her partner, Susan Lucci).
Representing SaddleBrooke Women’s Golf Association (SBWGA) for Gross and Net State Medallion Championships were Helen Graham and Carol Sturman. Representing Ladies Professional Golf Association from Saddlebrooke were Cathe Kropp and her partner from Saddlebrooke Ranch, Janice Mihora.

Cathe Kropp also achieved the SBWGA ‘most improved golfer’ award for 2023. Upcoming will be our Presidents Cup Match Play Tournament.
