The SaddleBrooke Men’s Golf Association (SMGA) held our annual three-day Super Senior Tournament on Wednesday, January 24, Saturday, January 27 and Wednesday, January 31. The tournament was divided by age group; Masters division, ages 70 to 79, with 44 players and the Legends Division, ages 80 and above, with 24 players. Gross scores were used to determine overall winners.
After three great golf days, the overall Masters Division winner was Terry Edwards with a total score of 229 (+15 to par). Coming in a close second was Ray Melton’s (+17 to par) with three others tied for third at (+20), Peter Ledonne, Bob Eder and Larry Tollman.
The overall Legends Division winner was Peter Klinkenberg with a total score of 233 (+19 to par). Second place went to Marty Warner (+27) and third place to Ron Bouchard (+34).
