The Fitness, Wellness and Recreation Committee invites you to join us for the exciting Recreation and Activities Fair on Friday, January 19, 2024.
Registration for the Fair will take place in the Ocotillo room of the MountainView Clubhouse starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6. At that time, registered clubs will be able to select and pay for their table location. There is a $45 fee per table, which includes the 8-foot table, tablecloth and two chairs. You may pay by cash or check made out to SaddleBrooke HOA-2 at time of registration.
The applications will be available online, and at the HOA-2 Administration Office two weeks prior to Wednesday, December 6. Please have everything filled out and ready to go to speed the process along. Be sure your club or organization has registered with the SaddleBrooke HOA-2 Lifestyle program prior to signing up for the Fair. Their club registration dates will be from Monday, October 16 to Monday, December 11.
This annual Fair is a great opportunity to showcase your club or organization to the entire community. The Fair is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and is a fun and lively opportunity to highlight the diversity of activities available for our residents and promote our very active lifestyles. You won’t want to miss this exciting event!
