Join us Friday for a program by Dr. John Tait entitled “Remember When You Felt Young?” at 1 p.m. at the DesertView Theater for the Performing Arts Center on Friday, March 1. Do you remember when you felt young? Do you remember when you had more energy? Do you remember when your joints held up to hours of weekly activity without talking to you?

Dr. Tait is Chief Health Strategist who will be sharing the exact steps he uses to help his patients, get out of pain (without surgery or pain pills), get back to what they love (as fast as possible), as well as to keep doing what they love (for as long as possible).

Come get an inside look at the system he has used for more than a decade to help his patients pain less, live more, and own their path ahead!
