Life can change in a flash! All of a sudden, you, or a loved one or friend, may need services you probably never even knew existed.

Join the Wellness Integrated Network (WIN) at 2 p.m. in the DesertView Performing Arts Center on Friday, December 6 to learn more about services available in SaddleBrooke. Mehnaz Porian and Yvette Jimenez will be filling us in on the latest services available in our area. Whether you, your loved ones, or your friends are Veterans, homebound, recovering from surgery, or a caregiver, there are special programs and services available to help you and your family!

Knowing about these programs can be important for your future or the future of those you care about. You, or someone you are close to, may need some of these services right now or in the future. We all know SaddleBrooke residents who have had life-changing events. We’ve seen others struggle because they have been blindsided by a life event. You or someone you know may need to know about these services.

Mahnaz Pourian has spent her lifetime helping others. For 23 years, she served as a pharmacist, supporting others with medical needs. Then, suddenly, her mother was no longer able to live by herself. Mahnaz was a working mom with a home and family to look after. It was then she learned firsthand about the value of special programs. Through trial and error and many tears, Mahnaz learned about what worked and what didn’t work.

Yvette Jimenez has spent 25 years in health care. She works for a company that is number three in the United States for patient and family support and care for serious illnesses and all stages of Dementia. There are numerous programs for Veterans, caregivers, dementia patients, and families. Come learn about all the ways you and your family can be supported!

Much like the world today, patient and family care is evolving to meet the needs of the people they serve. New programs are available that you may not know about. Come join us on at 2 p.m. in DesertView on Friday, December 6!

In addition to monthly seminars at DesertView, we also offer small group classes.
