Mark your calendar for our 25th Anniversary Health Fair which will have something for everyone, and you won’t want to miss it! This event will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Mountain View Clubhouse on Saturday, October 19.
You may not be aware that the Health Fair Planning Team carefully selects a wide and diverse range of vendors in an effort to appeal to all residents, regardless of their age or interests. This year, we’ve selected several that we believe will be of special interest to residents.
New VendorsThe following new vendors will be available this year: Fitness and Stretch by Abel, Sonoran ENTA, Soul Fitness, Rockin’ Wellness, Banner Alzheimers Institute, Blue Lemon Therapy and Coaching, Compassionate Touch Home Care, Cottages of Tucson, Creative Hypnosis, Natural Glow Wellness and Rancho Vistoso Dental.
We also are including vendors that have been popular in the past.
ImmunizationsA number of vaccines will be available at the Health Fair including the flu vaccine (for both under 65 and over 65), Prevnor 20, TDAP, Shingrix, RSV and the COVID booster.
Free ScreeningsThere will be a number of vendors providing free screenings. Included will be hearing and eye exams, skin cancer screenings and many others. Additional screenings will be provided by the University of Arizona Pharmacy Department.
You can also bring unneeded eyeglasses and unneeded or expired medications for safe disposal.
As you can see, our 25th Anniversary Health Fair will have something for everyone. There will even be a raffle for prizes! See you at the Fair!
