If you love the Gaslight Theatre, the documentary by Tony Terry and the Gaslight Theatre—”The Smile of Tucson” by Walter Fritz is for you.

Walter Fritz is a SaddleBrooke resident who taught film for the military for 33 years and filmed for this documentary for over seven years. Walter even went to Skagway Alaska where Gaslight Theatre started at the Mighty Moose Theater to do interviews and film where the theater was constructed. This Film, “Smile of Tucson”, also provides some backstage secrets and great performances with lots of great anecdotes from Tony and so many people who have made the Gaslight Theater what it is today—the smile of Tucson.

Upcoming shows are available at the Gaslight Theatre East at 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 and at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 28 at the Gaslight Theatre in Oro Valley. If you need a smile right now, and you are in Tucson, this is the film to see in March.
